I have invited a few casters and the feedback I have is mostly “cool app, what do I do next?” What’s your answer? Explore the ecosystem apps? Read on protocol? Build a bot?

I think folks mostly want to know “how is this different from Twitter, what more can I do here than Twitter” etc etc

If you're a lurker, it's worse. But if you want to cast, you're likely to get more engagement / build an audience much faster.

if I understand correctly: you think the main selling point for new joiner isn't the crypto/permissionless primitives, but rather the tangible social metrics?

The average new user isn't building new stuff. Ecosystem is still small today. The revealed preference for the population of DAU on the protocol today is they like the community and a number of people now have a bigger audience on Farcaster than they do on Twitter.

If you look at this cast https://warpcast.com/linda/0x7ea06d, the quoted advantages over Twitter are: - Less noise (twice) - Conversation quality is amazing - Feels much healthier - Easy to filter interests - Checking it more obsessively 🤷🏻
