That's the plan with an open-source reputation network, you can aggregate based on different signals. e.g. you could fork our model and host farcaster likes as a scoring mechanism.

tldr I think a federated network with many scoring providers is the most decentralized reputation system

This is a good start but after experimenting/prototyping with on-chain reputation systems, 

I gotta remind you: categorizing the type of transactions into reliable social/functional reputation signals is the core challenge for this. Or else it will be limited/skewed towards traders/whales.

I agree! Regarding credentials @karthiksenthil and Chainstory are working on very interesting stuff with on-chain ranking and badges, this is meant for a numeric score to easily integrate into any app https://i.imgur.com/auHHGkC.jpg

I wanted to effectively avoid a 'one-score-fits-all' situation where it becomes a 'social score'

I wrote more in the Paragraph, but tldr since the model is open-sourced and the network is open for anyone to contribute their scoring system, there can be many 'scores'

e.g. a FC Score, computed by the all protocol apps

yes, it is using the weighted model with a define range for each of the criteria like transaction count and frequency
