Thanks! The process starts with 24x24 pixels art, and is programmatically modified via python to get the Block Based style. The gifs are sometimes a bit more involved, but similar. I've tinkerer with some other styles, different border color overall (with the glowing zombie), and per pixel similar color matching border with the frok.
