Workout update: Bench press (5x) reps @ tempo 3 down/ 2 hold/ 1 up Rounds 5 3x @ 135lb 1x @ 185lb 1x @ 205lb but for 4x ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ™ƒ As you can see in the video, I failed on the 5th repโ€ฆ itโ€™s okay to fail fam- I thought I had it but โ€ฆ.this gives me motivation to test it out again next week ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค
