Love this reddish hue, full of promises. I fixed my mother in law's Cona some years ago, siphon machines are spectacular and give such a clean cup, if only it was not so time consuming.

Yeah, I love the clarity too. There was a while I gave up on the siphon because I would either choke it or back off the flame too early and it would siphon too quickly but I'm glad I've given it more chances.
