Question: If my server updates the image that gets resolved by frame's image url, will that be visible on casts who have previously posted my frame or only on a go-forward basis due to caching?

we read the cache headers on your image. if you set a low max-age they will refresh. but if you accidentally set them to a high max-age (which is the default for static assets in many web frameworks), you may need to change the image URL to get them to update. this would only affect new embeds. https://docs.farcaster.xyz/developers/frames/advanced#making-the-initial-frame-image-dynamic
