This week I built and experimented with interesting ways of using the smart wallet. One idea that I am particularly interested in is leveraging the power of smart wallets to bring a familiar UX of e-commerce to buying tokens and memes. Here is a prototype that I am working on - I would love to hear feedback!

I think this should be rather based on $ amount So you’d shop it like a gift card, let’s say you can add $10 worth of any token to the cart

Been waiting for this comment! I went back and forth in my head a bunch... "will users think of it like adding quantity of items to their cart? or will they think of it in terms of dollars?" I think I'm with you on the dollars... I'm gonna make that tweak!

What can ppl do with the tokens after the purchase though? Need to link utility if there’s for some or some UI to track and sell it

The more I think about it the better it sounds lol yeah - Ppl are not familiar with those token prices and won’t have to do unnecessary calculations - Ppl are very familiar with gift card concepts I’d even try making them look more like gift cards as well

For Sorare, this was a big mistake to start denominating cards in USD vs Eth. For you, I don’t see a big risk as you can always switch it up - but I’d still go with Eth & show $ value too as crypto natives will prefer that & I don’t think you’re targeting normies initially. Might also copy Rainbow wallet UI.

Why not both?! In CB Wallet as it stands, when sending / swapping coins, you can toggle between the $ amount or coin amount.
