Fell out of my daily workout routine for the past 2-3 days and finding it hard to get back into. What are ways you keep motivated?

Sounds like you haven't found the right activity. It shouldn't feel like a chore that pure discipline and will-power gets you to do. It should feel like play; like recess. If you miss a day or two you can't wait to get back to it. I'd search for something that makes you feel that way.
