The scale is very overrated. It tells a story but not the whole picture Weight doesn’t give you the breakdown of muscle and fat The goal is to lose fat not weight. You can lose 10 pounds but if it’s all muscle you are actually in a worse position. If you are getting stronger, then keep going.

By what method would you lose 10lbs of muscle but no fat? I know what you're saying but this is very misleading. Losing weight, unless you're single digit bodyfat already, or doing an EXTREME cut, would be mostly fat loss. Muscle loss is extremely minimal. Even if you do lose muscle, it comes back very easily

This. The scale is more likely to go up from muscular gains anyway.
