The prevailing narrative until yesterday was Farcaster needs to grow faster / be more aggressive with DAU growth.

Gave invites to Active Badge holders only and now the feedback is feed quality is bad.

We will solve for the near term this week but good reminder permissionless will bring new challenges. :)

On balance, I’d rather have a much more active community (especially active artists on here) with a slightly lower signal-to-noise ratio than high signal-to-noise ratio with much lower activity.

And we’re nowhere *close* to the spammy clusterfuck that’s Twitter.
