Today I kicked off my AI Business Fellowship with Perplexity. This morning's session featured an interview of Perplexity's Chief Business Officer, Dmitry Shevelenko (prev. Uber, LinkedIn, Facebook), led by their Founder/CEO, Aravind Srinivas.

The discussion covered what it takes to succeed in an AI world both as a business and as professional. 

Notes:
• Speed is the most important professional moat in AI and in AI-driven business (speed to adapt/adopt, speed to execute)
• Key for success = bias toward action and a commitment to using the leverage of AI and finding your unique the competitive edge in 
• How? Craft teams with people who bias toward action/building vs. planning/management — amplified with the productivity leverage AI provides.

Thanks for sharing these insights. AI is an enabler for all the folks with a building/action mindset. If the motto once was fail fast, now is fail faster (small mvp failures costing way less than before)
