“We found that individuals randomly assiged to use AI did as well as a team of two without AI. And AI-augmented teams produced more exceptional solutions. The teams using AI were happier as well.” Results from a large scale study deploying AI across P&G on real world work use cases. The risks are striking. https://www.oneusefulthing.org/p/the-cybernetic-teammate

I'm constantly pushing them to use AI at my full-time. Working as an intensive crisis worker in mental health, having an AI transcribe the session, then write up notes is a no brainer and it is the admin of the job which drains people. What takes most of my colleagues 40-60 minutes takes me about 10-15. Also implementing AI into the art callout bid writing process; by training it on my drives, my history, my approach and skillset I can find an opportunity and apply for it in a matter of hours, which for others can take days or weeks. I'm astonished that people have resistance to it, but I think they just don't know the potential of how they can use it.
