I couldnt say, I've only just started using it. But its clearly comparable!

I need to give it a try, maybe with the fast model because I read that dev doesn’t allow commercial use (this should include NFTs but I’m not sure)

"non-commercial use" for flux dev is in regards to the model itself, not its outputs, for the most part
