Only large accounts can succeed as 'farmers' because it's nearly impossible for smaller accounts to compete. There needs to be closer monitoring of big accounts, as some engage in unfair practices, like exchanging likes on low-quality content. The algorithm tends to favor high-ranking accounts, rather than bots or new users.
