Made some changes to my golf swing and noticed I started having some really strange knee pain Found my left ankle & foot abnormally stiff so did some targeted mobility drills last night and noticeably better today Will have to stay on top of them but anticipate knee pain resolving soon Stiff foot/ankle must have led knee to be taking bit more force than it should have May seem like a rather simple solution - but imagine: A normal person might not reason the same way and could end up dealing with pain for 5+ weeks. Even schedules a doc appt, get mri/xray, and then have to consider injections or even a surgery When in reality all they needed was a good musculoskeletal assessment from a sports med professional and some targeted holistic physical interventions If you don’t think it’s worth $500-$800 to fix your problem quickly through independent practitioners… well, good luck in the traditional medical system
