I used to get upset when I hired independent contractors for work and they made mistakes and weren’t detail oriented so I had to go through and double check every piece of their work

Like this is your job bro can’t you get it right??

But I’ve legit had to do it for every single one so now I just accept it

They are kinda lazy and kinda good at their jobs, but in order to really get a good result you’ve got to coddle and baby and nudge and encourage them every step of the way

No one cares about your business the way you care about your business. Just the way it is. Act accordingly instead of complaining about it
