I’ve measured my RHR & HRV every morning for the past 2 years These numbers aren’t abnormal for me since I train (in one form or another) every day But today I woke up just *tired* after a full 8 hours of sleep Body was telling me to chill out So instead of 40miles we’re gonna listen ✌️

Here’s an overlook over the past year My baseline is drastically Lowered because I’ve been training hard consistently I’m easily in the best shape, but HRV signifies the bodies readiness, not capabilities If I were to take a few days off it would undoubted shoot up
