Dude! I am endlessly anxious about my heart (and Iām only 31) and freak out about the dangers of zynning. In my research, Iāve found that nicotine can definitely impact and constrict blood flow, but itās the fastest way (that Iām aware of) of using nicotine. It also hasnāt been proven to cause cancer.
