Dude! I am endlessly anxious about my heart (and Iā€™m only 31) and freak out about the dangers of zynning. In my research, Iā€™ve found that nicotine can definitely impact and constrict blood flow, but itā€™s the fastest way (that Iā€™m aware of) of using nicotine. It also hasnā€™t been proven to cause cancer.
