Day #8 Workout routine >Back , Triceps < Lat pulldowns: 4 x 12 T-bar rows: 4 x 12 Close-grip pulldowns: 3 x 10 V-shape tricep pushdowns: 4 x 10 Single-arm side extensions: 4 x 10 Added JM press to the workout. Ended the exercise with a superset of pullovers and overhead tricep extensions🏋‍♂️
