When I was a kid, whenever my sister used to get on my nerves, my mom would say “she’s not bothering you, you’re letting yourself be bothered. Oh man did that ever piss me off.

It's so true though haha. Biggest lesson I ever learnt. It's my reaction to things, not the things themselves, that really affect me.
