any thoughts on how to decide who gets how much?

I'd love to see this developed :-). I thought we had a pretty good proposal from the musicto community that would bring Higher to a wider audience - we were asking for 100k Higher tokens - we got some love from people in the community but it got lost.  Is there a way to get this back in front of the people who make decisions?
