Have lived in LA for the last 25 years so - didn't really need it - but - moving back to Scotland and thinking i might have to get a new one ;-p

It’s similar to where I live now. In spring and autumn ist too warm to wear one and in winter it’s too cold. 

When I was a child, I lived in northern Germany, where they were often needed (wind and rain)
