How to improve your chance of having a developer target you with an airdrop 1. Cast a lot 2. Use frames 3. Transact onchain The more active you are, the better your chances are. Additionally, we will share historical airdrop activity with developers. So opting in to an airdrop and following the guidance from the developer will improve your reputation as a good user to airdrop to.

Coming soon We will be working with developers / projects that want to give users airdrops. We’ll indicate what the developer is hoping to accomplish with the airdrop. Users that 1) opt in 2) do the desired action—use a frame, engage in a channel, etc.—will start to develop reputation as a good user to offer future airdrops to. Users that opt in, receive airdrops and don’t do the desired action will develop a reputation as a user to avoid offering airdrops. Ultimately, developers get to decide who to target (the data is permissionless). But I suspect airdrops on Farcaster will start to reward usage / go forward alignment. First airdrop next week!
