it's hacky so there are some issues running it e2e. SUAVE confidential compute and Forge presented some issues, but the core auction is there. We will hook this auction up with the rest of the mev-commit system on Holesky testnet and achieve end to end blob preconfirmations soon.

As blob adoption increases and block builders/relays on L1 see their effects on latency, prices will go up significantly as blobs have to compete with mev. L3 approach may have additional savings, but I would say it's too early to get to anything conclusive
