7. Getting up early is complete nonsense. There is no benefit from this. You need to get up when you've had enough sleep. Another thing is that for this it is easiest to go to bed earlier. The benefits of sleep are greatly underestimated (well, like, you have to work hard or at least watch TV shows).

Until the age of 42, it seemed to me that in the morning I had to run and do important things. But it's not! I need to sleep in the morning. Then you will have the strength to run and do things. Vegetarianism is right there: it is difficult to come up with more nonsense and mockery of your own body;
