I get it, and I even think the same. But probably they have some administrative, legal limitations to manage people from other states and country. HR admin just for the US in itself is very delicate.

But yes, you’re right anyway. A lot of opportunities can be missed because it’s limited to SF or any state.

I know, worked with Rippling actually. But still, there should be any other limitations or reasons on why some people stick to this! 

I wouldn’t like to believe that it can be because of lazyness or very subjective opinions…I still have faith in humanity 😅
