With so many crypto projects launching these days, it's hard to know which ones will stand the test of time. Most seem motivated, but few capture hearts and minds. For a project to succeed long-term, it needs a purpose greater than profits alone.

This "purpose" ain't something that can be outsourced. No way. 

It must start with the founder(s). 

So if you're a founder reading this... 

You got to go first (if I could bold, italicize, and underline this I would). 

Be clear about your own purpose and others will follow.
