This is for those who think U.S. tax dollars shouldn’t be spent on Ukraine: Why did the U.S. spend money to take down the Chinese Communist Revolution? So that decades later, it wouldn’t have to spend way more trying to deal with China’s aggression in the South China Sea! So, what kind of deal should be made with Russia? Should Ukraine just hand over its land, drop its NATO ambitions, and get zero guarantees that Russia won’t invade again? How much is it gonna cost in the next few decades to keep Russia in check? Cutting a deal with Russia under these conditions is just as much of a mistake as trying to negotiate with a certain Austrian painter. Open to hearing different opinions!

The majority of the funds the United States has allocated for Ukraine stays in the United States to fund domestic defense industrial base and replenish US stockpiles. Building weapons factories and employing thousands of American workers. This is different to what Europeans have done, and they will not let Ukraine fall. After election in Germany is done, they will go without the US.
