Yes, I also heard that. 
I am not following this advice, because I am an ETH maxi.
But I like his reminder that we shouldn't chase 30% APY somewhere, when we have already invested in an asset, which can easily go up 500% in one year. 

Like he is saying it: Don't fuck it up.

He said on Bankless he sold all his ETH for SOL so I guess don’t follow his advice too closely.

but what's the difference between 10% in shitcoins vs 20%, I mean what can go wrong. same for the 30% you know?
