That's definitely a raising topic. Theopetra just dropped 5000 sq of land to their citizens. I hope we can buy as much land as possible before it all get bought by Bill Gates or the Chinese.

nice! would be cool to have different land projects under the same standard.. so dev could build marketplaces and applications to use those assets in a fully interoperable way. It would be kinda dumb to re-create onchain the level of fragmentation that we have offchain!
