Bikes 🚲

I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything.

What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

The most important item to add is a very strong fan. 
Otherwise, I don't see a reason to change anything else on the bike.
