Can you use the getProof rpc to prove things about L1 on L2? Need trusted L1 blockhash?

Should be able to with the L1 hash that lives in the L1Block contract on optimism, I think arbitrum has something similar

Assuming op stack, pretty sure you'd need to submit the proof to L2 while the L1 block in it's storage matches the one the proof uses. That hash lags ~5 L1 blocks behind Will be more flexible after https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/optimism/pull/6903 Also related https://github.com/mds1/evm-diff/issues/21
