I tried something different tonight — made it up myself Whisked some Italian red pepper paste with some wasabi and a bit of mayo and rubbed it on top of salt/peppered salmon. The rub keeps the flavor in and creates this golden crust. Broiled it for 8 minutes and put it on a salad. Was delish

Sounds great, Red pepper paste is delicious and very useful in my experience
