You would have to be lifting like 2 or 3 hours every day to put on 5 pounds of muscle in 11 weeks. So maybe you added 28 pounds of fat to complement your muscular gains? You might want to consider some cardio or calorie tracking

I lift 1.5hrs a day; 6days a week. I eat kind of as much as I can and so don’t eat a ton of carbs. No fake food. It’s all real. Meaning it’s grown, killed, harvested, etc Once in a while I eat shit
