I think AI will introduce the concept of βWeb4ββ¦ But not in its current form. Even the implementation of AI agents feels like just part of the necessary maturation of the burgeoning web3 ecosystem. The agents help us transact more efficiently, and take action on our behalfβ¦ But still with our input. π§΅πͺ‘

Web4, I believe, we leverage AI to expound on the building blocks established thus far: Read β’ Write β’ Transact β Receive β¨ As in, a complete paradigm shift away from our βinput-dependentβ experience of the Internet. πͺ‘

I have a feeling that the inevitability of AI having some sense of agency or awareness, will kick off the emergent properties of AI prompting us first, as a monumental change in the experienceβ where the AI starts the conversation. That will quickly expand to the AI making suggestions to us, unprompted. πͺ‘

I think once the web experience evolves around us as humans Receiving from the web more than we input into itβ¦ THAT will be the signal of Web4, in my opinion. πͺ‘
