We're migrating Warpcast's direct cast system to v2 in the next day or two. Significantly improved performance and reliability.

- We are *not* saving v1 direct casts (they're already ephemeral)
- Starting tomorrow Warpcast team will be on v2
- We will then onboard a small group of both iOS and Android testers
