Gotcha. A low dose makes sense & would likely prevent too much backlash.

I’ve never been diagnosed, so I don’t get prescriptions & I’ve only ever tried something like adderall a handful of times — and in those instances, the backlash didn’t feel worth it long term.

I’ve surprisingly been able to focus quite welll by just drinking a strong cup of matcha daily.

Was a little anxious at first but I just took my regular anxiety med and I felt fine. I had just forgotten to take it. I’m on a really low dose
