It was honestly pretty technical, but he summarized vital points that were going to be incredibly important for the scalability, collaboration efficiency & performance of Notion overall, and showed very to-the-number data points on how they’re polling, tracking & managing bug reports, knocking them out in sprints, etc. Even amongst all that there was an acknowledgement of the room for improvement they have on internal processing & the QA of everything. So points were relayed from the best of us ambassadors, which he was very open to hear & is earnest in wanting to follow up with us on these matters!
