For the Pasta: 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works well) 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup chicken or beef broth 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish
