Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works well)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken or beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the Pasta:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

In the same skillet, add a little oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken or beef broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine:

Add the meatballs back to the sauce and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy meatball sauce until well coated.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

Instructions

1. Make the Meatballs:

In a bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.
