Why do you say that? Jared Polis is great, but any specific laws or regs similar to the Wyoming DAO law?

Coloradan here, I'm guessing they are referring to CO coop laws: https://thedefiant.io/solving-the-riddle-of-the-dao-with-colorados-cooperative-laws - I'm not aware of any other legislation that sets us apart right now though.
