As a former journalist, I would be keen to work on a Farcaster native News project - but I don't think the Farcaster userbase in its current state would be interested in or support general news journalism, and I'm uninterested in doing purely crypto coverage.

I've decided to test this with /theindex 

It's a Farcaster channel dedicated to News aggregation via human curation

One post containing one news piece, with addn sources in each reply

The idea - that Farcaster needs more content channels that aren't crypto focused

Testing - whether Farcaster's audience wants News

Glad to see this! I worked on a project called spot.us that was crowdfunding for investigative journalism in the 2010s. It didn’t pan out due to problems with the model but I still think this needs to exist.
