There needs to be a system where if you have above a certain amount of token, you get benefits. 

And then if you do certain work for the community that has been voted on you get granted some of the supply.

For example if you have over 100,000 Higher then you get a free-sweatshirt. 

The sweatshirt are designed by community members and voted on with Higher token. 

Funding is provided by a portion of the treasury to the design with the most votes.
