Rewards points are not adding up properly. I understand that there are periods of freezing from time to time, but after 24 hours of freezing, it finally started working, but the points were not credited for the 24 hours. I am saddened by the lack of movement, as I refer to it as the result of my daily activities to find out how to do my own activities. I suffer from this stress every week.

It's definitely frustrating when reward points don't accrue as expected, especially when you rely on them.
