Even more critically, BlackBerry’s leadership dismissed the iPhone’s potential. Mike Lazaridis, co-founder and then-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM, BlackBerry’s parent company), famously said that: "The iPhone is an entertainment device. The BlackBerry is a business tool." BlackBerry’s OS, along with its “business-only” focus, simply couldn’t compete. Consumers wanted more and were flocking to iPhones and Android devices and by 2012 Apple surpassed BlackBerry in total smartphone sales, and BlackBerry’s stock price dropped. In 2013, BlackBerry tried to reinvent itself with a new line of devices, the BlackBerry Z10, which featured a new operating system and a full touchscreen but it was too little, too late consumers were no longer interested in what BlackBerry had to offer.

The iPhone wasn’t just a phone; it was a revolutionary product that combined a sleek design with an intuitive touch interface, a full-fledged browser, and an app ecosystem. BlackBerry, however, made a crucial mistake they refused to understand a competitor they failed to see the emerging consumer demand for smartphones that were both functional and entertaining. The iPhone, with its larger screen, and user-friendly interface, was designed for the masses, not just the business elite.

Today 😁 I want to take a moment to appreciate and celebrate all the amazing fathers out there. Although it's not Father's Day, I believe that fathers deserve recognition and gratitude every day. This is honestly not a post to talk down the importance of mothers in the family or argue who is more important. Great respect to women But as someone who has recently become a father myself, I have a newfound respect and admiration for the role that fathers play in their families. The past two weeks have been a whirlwind of emotions and challenges from becoming a father to applying for a leave at work(which wasn’t granted) needed to joggle between work,family and life, missed out on news and interaction from the politics channel here on farcaster ( you can reach out to @javabu.eth for more details on the channel), like a lot more of things that I can’t explain all in this tweet

Upon Trumps inauguration I have seen a lot of persons speak in a vexing manner about what his ideas is and how he intended to achieve them I’m shocked by their reaction especially those that claim to be democrats, it seems to me that they don’t understand what democracy is .
