What are the best running shoes? I've recently learned you should be cycling between 2-3 types of shoes at a time to protect against injury? I wear Hokas now and love them

Love Hokas for look and feel but can’t recommend going to Marathon Sports and doing the 3d scan / having them analyze you run enough
