I’m experimenting with getting off coffee/caffeine because it makes me jittery/anxious at work and makes it harder to get out of bed in the morning. Who’s experiencing the same?

I've been doing half caf + L-theanine and have been happy with the results.

I still take coffee but what got me off the “but first, coffee” mornings was displacing it with other routines, eg brushing teeth or meditating.

I've been mostly off caffeine for over a year. I occasionally have green tea once a week before a late evening team meeting. Leaving caffeine behind is totally doable.
