I think to myself: Could those who considered fire as technology back then have had any idea about today's technology? I don't think they could have predicted these changes.

This is a great question, I think next technology will be much more directly capable of altering the surrounding reality. If we look at the trajectory, with fire we started burning and changing environment, then it became more sophisticated to travel and do so many things, robotization. Now AI is made in the image of us, it can’t change environment even faster that all the machines together before it. I think next stage will be instant, but it also gets scary in my mind, what do you think?
