🐸 The British court finally denied James Howells the search for 7,500 BTC
The British Court of Appeal rejected the claim of James Howells, who sought permission to search for a hard drive with 7,500 BTC in a Newport municipal landfill. The judges said that the case had "no real prospect of success."
Howells now plans to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), claiming that the authorities violated his right to property and a fair trial. He stated that he intends to seek a retrial, "no matter how long it takes."
